RESEARCH INTERESTS
My general interest is
in the field of in knowledge discovery and machine learning. My major research
concentrates on the
problem of ranking instances using margin maximizing classifiers, such as
Support Vector Machines or any optimization (Linear or Quadratic
Programming) based classification algorithm. I am currently working on
developing rank
optimization and constraint reduction algorithms.
LPR v1.0 is a Matlab implementation of linear programming based ranker
(LPR) algorithm (You need CPLEX, or some other solver, to solve the
optimization problem). Results of this work is published in IJCNN '06 (see
below).
